Closet is smaller than primary, rod and shelf secure. Window lock stiff but functional (WD-40 recommended). Carpet in good condition. One outlet cover plate slightly loose. Ceiling clean, no damage.
Bathroom in fair condition. Toilet flushes properly, no running. Both sink faucets work with good pressure. Shower runs hot within 30 seconds. Shower caulking shows early signs of wear around the tub base โ recommend re-caulk within 3 months to prevent water intrusion. Tile grout in shower has minor mildew (cleanable). Final walkthrough complete. Both smoke detectors tested and working. Thermostat (Honeywell digital) responding correctly โ set to 72F, measured 71F. All interior doors close and latch properly. Front door deadbolt and chain lock functional. Overall unit is in good condition for turnover with minor items noted: kitchen countertop chip, loose cabinet hinges, drywall dent in bedroom 2, and shower caulking wear.
