How much does an inspection cost?
We’re a new Denver startup building our reputation. Inspections are a $99 flat rate, paid securely at checkout — most property managers save $100+ per inspection vs. traditional services.
What if I’m not satisfied?
Full refund on paid inspections, no questions asked. We’d rather lose $99 than a relationship.
How does the inspector get access?
Lockbox code, meet at the property, key under mat — whatever works for you. You can add access instructions now or later via your tracking link. We’ll coordinate before the visit.
What’s in the report?
A professional PDF with room-by-room photos, condition ratings, damage notes, and deposit deduction guidance with estimated amounts. See a sample report →

Yes. RobotFail is a Denver-based startup (founded 2026) building a labor marketplace. We use technology to coordinate inspections — but every inspection is done by a local human. Our payments are processed through Stripe.
