Portfolio FAQ
Can I schedule different dates per property?
Portfolio booking uses one date for all properties (efficient for batch turnovers). For different dates, book individually at /services/inspection or set up recurring inspections.
How does volume pricing work?
Book 2-4 properties: $89/each (save 10%). Book 5+: $79/each (save 20%). Volume pricing applies per booking batch, paid securely at checkout.
I manage 20+ properties. What's my rate?
For portfolios over 10 properties, email hello@robotfail.com for custom enterprise pricing and dedicated worker assignment.
Do I get separate reports for each property?
Yes. Each property gets its own tracking page, worker assignment, and downloadable PDF report. All links are emailed to you.
