Who does the showings?
Local Denver workers — real people, vetted and experienced. Every showing is confirmed with timestamped photos. You can track all activity from your tracking page in real time.
Why is it cheaper than traditional placement?
Traditional agencies charge a full month’s rent because they carry overhead — offices, full-time staff, marketing budgets. We use technology to coordinate specialized workers for each step, cutting costs without cutting quality. You get the same service at a fraction of the price.
What if we can’t find a tenant?
If we can’t place a qualified tenant within 45 days, you get a full refund on paid placements. For free placements, you’re out nothing. We’d rather lose $650 than a relationship.
How long does it take?
Most placements complete in 2–4 weeks, depending on the market and property. Photography and listings go live within 48 hours of booking. You’ll get daily updates on inquiry volume and showing activity.
Is background screening included?
Yes. Full screening is included in the $650 price: credit check, criminal background, employment/income verification (3x rent minimum), and previous landlord references. We provide a detailed screening report for each applicant.
What markets do you serve?
We’re currently focused on the Denver metro area, including Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, and surrounding communities. Expanding to other Colorado markets soon. Contact us if you need service in another area.
