Who does the inspection?
Local Denver workers — real people, not robots (despite the name). Every worker is vetted, and their work is verified with timestamped photos. You can track progress live from your tracking page.
Why is the first inspection free?
We’re a new Denver startup building our reputation. The free inspection lets you see our quality firsthand — no risk, no credit card, no catch. If you like it, we’re $99/inspection going forward. Most property managers save $100+ per inspection vs. traditional services.
What if I’m not satisfied?
Full refund on paid inspections, no questions asked. For free inspections — you’re out nothing. We’d rather lose $99 than a relationship.
How does the inspector get access?
Lockbox code, meet at the property, key under mat — whatever works for you. You can add access instructions now or later via your tracking link. We’ll coordinate before the visit.
What’s in the report?
A professional PDF with room-by-room photos, condition ratings, damage notes, and deposit deduction guidance with estimated amounts. See a sample report →
Is this a real company?
Yes. RobotFail is a Denver-based startup (founded 2026) building a labor marketplace. We use technology to coordinate inspections — but every inspection is done by a local human. Our payments are processed through Stripe.
